What are the ‘pantry items’ that you don’t deliver?
There are a few things you’ll need in your pantry (such as milk, eggs, flour) that we don’t deliver. We keep this list as short as possible, and we’ll clearly mark them on the recipe cards and your weekly e-mails.

How long do the meals take to cook?
All our recipes are cooked in around 30 minutes. Easy!

Do I need to be a great cook?
Our recipes are great for the experienced and the not so experienced cook! We also give you some handy cooking tips on the recipe cards.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We do take some dietary requirements into consideration. For example if you specify that you don’t eat fish, we won’t delivery fish recipes to you and you will be provided with an alternative.

I have 1 or more food intolerances - can you cater for this?
No, unfortunately not. If you have an allergy or intolerance to any ingredient, we can’t guarantee that our recipes don't contain it.

Is there a vegetarian option?
Not at this stage, but please stay tuned!

Who are the chefs?
We work with the Food Editors at New Idea and Better Homes and Gardens so you get the benefit of their years of experience. The recipes are triple tested in their kitchens, so you can be confident that they will work every time.
Where do you get your produce from?
We work with farmers and producers who love food. You can meet some of them here.

Are the meals healthy?
Yes, our meals are healthy and nutritionally balanced.

Are the meals low calorie, or good for weight loss?
We sometimes use a few indulgent ingredients, so whilst they are healthy, we are not counting calories!

Can I choose my meals from the menu?
Not at this stage, but you can tell us if you don’t eat red meat, fish, pork or chicken and will provide an alternative recipe.

Is your packaging recyclable?
All our packaging can be recycled. We work really hard to keep packaging to a minimum, and only use recyclable materials. You can leave your ice-pack out the following week for our driver to collect and reuse (or keep a few for picnics!)
When do you deliver?
We deliver on Saturdays before 9am. Why Saturdays? Because that’s the day when we can get food to you quickest from farm to your door.

When can I expect in my first order?
Your first order will be with you on Saturday before 8am if you order before 11.59pm on Monday. If you order on or after Tuesday, it will be with you at the same time the Saturday after.

Can I change my delivery date?
No, but you can cancel a particular order via your account page, and recommence the following week.

How much do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free!

What if I’m not home?
We’ll leave your order in a safe place at your delivery address, and our thermal box and ice pack will keep everything at the right temperature for 4-5 hours.

How is my food kept cool?
Your order is refrigerated the whole way, and we use a thermal grade box and a clever insulated pouch with ice packs for the proteins.

My dog snacks on the limbs of delivery drivers - is that ok?
Um, no. Please leave some instructions when you order about how to avoid your guard dogs!

Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. You can check your postcode here.

Are you coming to my area soon?
When you check your postcode here, you will be given the opportunity to give us your email address to notify you if your postcode is not available.

How long is my subscription for?
Your subscription is ongoing, and you can cancel anytime, or change any of your details - just hit ‘LOGIN’ at the top of any page.

Can I cancel easily?
Yes, and at any time. Please remember that 11:59pm Monday is the cut off for the following Saturday, so make any changes before then.

Can I change my subscription?
Yes, just LOGIN to your account, and update.

Is there a deadline each week to change anything about my order?
11:59pm Monday is the cut off any changes. Any change after that will apply to the next week’s order.

How do I update my details, like address, credit card?
Just LOGIN and use the easy to follow account management page.

What happens if my payment fails?
We will try one more time on Tuesday, and if that fails, we won’t deliver on Saturday. We’ll re-commence the following week after a successful payment. You will be sent an email when your payment has failed.

Can I buy as a gift?
What a lovely thought! Yes, just enter the delivery address of the person you are gifting!

How much will I be charged each week?
Your total price is calculated at a low $9.90 per serve (eg an order containing 2 serves of 4 meals is $79.20)

When will my credit card be charged?
Payment is taken at 11.59pm on Monday night.

I forgot my password how do I get a new one?
Easy! Just follow the ‘Forgot password’ link in the login screen.

My box didn’t turn up, what should I do?
Hopefully this never happens but if it does, call or email us, and we will get straight onto fixing it!

How do I know what the menu will be each week?
We will send you an e-mail every Tuesday morning to let you know what’s on the menu for the coming week and what pantry items you will need.

What are your serving sizes?
We call them ‘generous’, and there may even be leftovers for lunch the following day!

In your meat and poultry free range?
Yes, always. It’s part of our commitment to quality.
